Eligibility for Refund

• The project has not yet been initiated or any work has not started.
• The request is made within 7 days of payment and no significant work or resources have been allocated.
• The service delivered is materially different from what was agreed upon in writing.
• The delivery timeline was missed due to reasons under our control and no acceptable alternative solution was provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

• The client has approved the design or development milestone.
• Delays caused due to client-side inactivity, non-responsiveness, or failure to provide necessary assets/information.
• Change of mind after the project has begun or work has been delivered.
• Hosting, domain registration, or third-party tool/service costs.
• Digital services such as SEO, social media marketing, or consultations once they have commenced.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, you must:

• Contact us via email at info@harifly.com with your order reference and full reason for the refund.
• Requests will be reviewed within 7 working days.
• If eligible, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed and resources utilized. All such refunds are granted at the discretion of the company after internal review.
