1. ADMITTED CORPORATE DEBT & WAGE THEFT

This public notice serves as a formal public disclosure regarding the systematic wage fraud and corporate absconsion committed by Director Ajeet Kumar and M/s Harifly Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The company engaged software developer Aditya Vishvakarma for the period October 2025 to January 2026. On 21.01.2026, Director Ajeet Kumar formally admitted the outstanding salary liability of ₹155,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty-Five Thousand only) in writing.

Immediately following the admission of debt, the accused director abandoned the Delhi corporate premises (INNOV8 Saket & Palam Village), absconded to his native village in Lutua, Gaya, Bihar, and ceased all communication, leaving the young complainant destitute in freezing winter conditions in direct violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
